Details About the First Week of Semi-Finals
Pilipinas Got Talent (PGT) has formally announced the details about the upcoming first live semi-finals.
The first live performances of the semi-finalists will be on Saturday, May 1, 2010 at the AFP Theater, inside Camp Gen. Emilio Aguinaldo at 7 p.m. For those who are coming to watch live, proceed to Gate 1 entrance along Santolan Road.
Free tickets for Saturday's show are available at ABS-CBN Manila, Mother Ignacia St. Quezon City starting Tuesday until Friday (April 27 to 30) from 1 to 4 p.m. only.

Starting on Saturday, six semi-finalists will go head to head and perform live. Only two out of the six will advance to the next round. The contestant who received the highest number of text votes from the viewers is automatically through to the next round. The bottom three will be out of the competition. The second and third placers in terms of number of text votes will have the chance to proceed to the next round, but only one among them will be chosen. The decision on who will make it will be made by the judges.
The first six semi-finalists to perform on Saturday are: Jovit Baldivino and Ruther Urquia of Luzon, Jhistine and Filemon Baguio and the Snap Boiz of Visayas, and the Xavier University Cultural Dance Troupe and Rolando Permangil of Mindanao.
